Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
We will also replace items that are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged items within 30 days of receipt of the products.
After receiving the damaged item, we will send you a return postage sticker that you can use to return the product to us. We will then send you a replacement, if available. If no replacement is available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Refunds and Exchanges apply to regular priced items only. All sale priced items are final sale.
